Artificial intelligence does not write, generate, compose, or alter the author’s lyrics, poetry, or literary content.

Music associated with Rooted Chapters Poetry for the Soul™ is created for promotional and atmospheric purposes only.
Clarifications:
- Instrumentals, digital vocals, and sound design elements may be produced using licensed and AI-assisted production tools.
- The author owns the lyrics only.
- Rooted Chapters™ does not claim ownership of third-party music generation technologies or software platforms.
- Music is not sold as standalone commercial music products.
- Musical content exists to enhance literary storytelling and book promotion.
Rooted Chapters™ does not represent AI-assisted instrumentals as fully human-composed musical works.
5. Respect for Human Musicians and Creative Professionals
Rooted Chapters™ affirms deep respect for human musicians, composers, producers, and creative professionals.
As a deliberate business decision grounded in artistic integrity, the author does not sell AI-assisted music as independent commercial music products. This reflects respect for the craftsmanship and professional work of human musicians.
In the same spirit of professional respect, all artists, collaborators, producers, and creative professionals must respect:
- The Author’s sole ownership of all lyrics and written works
- The intellectual property protections outlined in these Terms
- The requirement of prior written permission before collaboration or commercial use
Human Authorship and Stewardship
Rooted Chapters™ upholds that all creativity, authorship, and moral responsibility remain fully human. While AI and digital tools may assist in the creative process, they serve only as instruments under human direction. This reflects our commitment to faithful stewardship and responsible dominion, as expressed in Genesis 1:26–28 and Matthew 25:14–30.
All music or media created through this process is used solely for book promotion and marketing purposes, not for sale or commercial distribution.
Unauthorized use of literary content constitutes infringement and will be enforced.

The author reserves all rights to enforce intellectual property protections to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Violations may result in:

11. Social Media and Third‑Party Platforms
Rooted Chapters™ does not operate or engage on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media platforms.
The only official online presence is the Rooted Chapters™ YouTube channel, dedicated to artistic expression, poetry, digital art, hidden gems, and book promotion.
Rooted Chapters™ may collaborate with like‑minded artists who share its creative and ethical values.
Our legal team actively monitors online platforms to ensure that no unauthorized social media accounts are created or operated under the Rooted Chapters™ name. Any such accounts will be immediately reported, and legal action will be pursued against individuals or entities responsible.
Any other account or page claiming affiliation with Rooted Chapters™ is unauthorized.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law.
Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
13. Unsolicited Message and Live Chats
Administrative contact information and live chat communication are provided only for verified customers and official business inquiries. Unsolicited messages, promotions, spam, or marketing offers will not receive a response and will be automatically filtered and reported.
Rooted Chapters™ does not collaborate with any external marketing, promotional, or advertising companies. We have an in-house marketing team and do not accept outside offers or partnerships. Any third party claiming to represent or promote Rooted Chapters™ is unauthorized and will be reported.
All live chat communications are monitored and recorded by our in-house legal and compliance department for quality assurance, training, and security purposes. Any misuse of the live chat system—including harassment, threats, spam, or fraudulent activity—will result in permanent restriction from all Rooted Chapters™ communication channels.
