Rooted Chapters Café™ offers branded coffee products that are roasted, packaged, and shipped directly to customers by third-party fulfillment partners.
Rooted Chapters Café™ does not roast, package, or ship coffee ourselves. Our role is to provide the creative branding and customer experience associated with each product.
All products are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued at any time. We make every effort to display our offerings accurately, though colors, materials, and details may vary slightly due to screen or supplier differences.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items without notice.
- Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
- Rooted Chapters™ does not store your payment information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
- All coffee products are drop-shipped directly from our third-party roasting and fulfillment partner.
- Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.
- Once an order has shipped, Rooted Chapters™ is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or weather conditions.
6. Third-Party Fulfillment (Merchandise and Coffee)
Many of our products—including apparel, mugs, and coffee—are produced, packaged, and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.
Because each item is made especially for you through our trusted fulfillment partners, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of heart.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at info@rootedchapterscafe.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we’ll coordinate with our fulfillment partner to issue a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
Please note:
- Returns shipped directly to the fulfillment facility without approval cannot be accepted.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
7. Returns and Refunds
For eligible items not fulfilled by third parties, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
