This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all physical and digital products purchased through Rooted Chapters™ Poetry for the Soul and Rooted Chapters Café™ (“Rooted Chapters™”).

Rooted Chapters™ does not maintain physical inventory. Most physical products are made to order through trusted third‑party print‑on‑demand and fulfillment partners. Items are produced after purchase to support and promote our literary works.

All sales are final except as outlined below.

  1. Production and Shipping

All physical products are made to order. Production begins only after an order has been placed.

Please note:

• We do not stock inventory
• Processing typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment
• Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier

Some items may be produced and shipped from international facilities. As a result, delivery to the United States may take longer than standard domestic shipping.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

• United States: typically 7–21 business days after production
• International orders: delivery times vary depending on customs processing and local carriers

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons are outside of our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these production and delivery timeframes.

  1. Made‑to‑Order Products

Because each item is produced after purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect color selection
• Ordering the wrong item
• Buyer preference
• Shipping delays outside of our control

This policy applies to items including, but not limited to:

• Mugs
• Journals
• Apparel
• Shoes
• Merchandise
• Printed materials
• Physical books (when available)
• Coffee

  1. Digital Products (Including Music)

All digital products, including but not limited to e-books, downloadable content, and audio files (such as music and soundtracks), are final sale and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Digital products are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Rooted Chapters™.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will review the issue and provide a replacement when appropriate.

To submit a claim, please contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for review.

Unauthorized returns sent directly to production partners will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the error occurred during fulfillment.

  1. Coffee Policy

Coffee products are roasted and fulfilled by a trusted third‑party partner.

Because coffee is a perishable consumable product, it cannot be returned once shipped.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for taste preferences.

If your coffee arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence. If the issue is verified, a replacement will be issued.

  1. Approved Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

• Verified damaged or defective products
• Incorrectly fulfilled orders

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

To help us assist you quickly, please include your order number when contacting support regarding a purchase.

Rooted Chapters™ may decline to respond to spam, unsolicited promotions, or unrelated marketing messages.
