Kassomi Burnam, founder and creator of Rooted Chapters: Café Poetry for the Soul, issues this notice to clarify the purpose and boundaries of her original literary brand. Rooted Chapters is her independent creative work, built from her own vision, writing, and artistic direction.
The only official platforms connected to Rooted Chapters are the official website and official YouTube channel. Rooted Chapters does not conduct business, promotions, or communication through unauthorized accounts, third parties, or private outreach. It does not request personal information, payments, or sensitive details through messages, calls, or unverified platforms.
Order-related inquiries are handled only for verified customers and require a valid order number. Any communication, audio, image, video, or content claiming to represent the author or Rooted Chapters that does not come from official channels is unauthorized. By using the website, visitors agree to the Terms of Use.
Rooted Chapters is in a foundational stage, and limited releases are intentional. The official release of The Hidden Gems of Oak Cliff has been postponed while the project continues. In the meantime, poetry releases will continue, beginning with Hidden Soil in the Sand on April 25. Hidden Soil in the Sand is a ten-page audiobook.
The author writes all books, poems, and lyrics published under Rooted Chapters. Her literary work is original, and AI is not used to write, co-write, rewrite, or generate her books, poems, lyrics, style, voice, or creative expression. AI-generated voices may be used for storytelling, branding, promotional presentation, and other approved digital content. AI is used for instrumental music production.
The characters created for Rooted Chapters are solely created by the author to express her vision for storytelling, performance, branding, and entertainment purposes only. They are original creative elements developed by the author and do not write, co-write, or generate any literary content.
Any visual or audio content that is digitally generated or altered is disclosed on the official YouTube channel in accordance with platform standards. Any music connected to Rooted Chapters is protected by copyright, and unauthorized use, copying, remixing, re-uploading, sampling, distribution, or commercial exploitation is not permitted.
Human collaborators, musicians, singers, and performers are welcome to submit auditions to help support the author’s creative vision.
