Orders & Processing
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders typically ship within 7-14 business days. Some items are fulfilled internationally and take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or packaged for shipment. If you need to update your shipping address or details, email us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to adjust it before it ships.
Q: How do I know if my order went through?
A: You’ll receive an email confirmation right after checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder—or reach out and we’ll resend it.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States. Each order includes tracking for peace of mind.
Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
A: If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number. We’ll help track it down and work with the carrier to find a solution.
Q: Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
A: Not at the moment—all orders are shipped directly through our fulfillment partners to ensure consistent quality and packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
A: Exchanges depend on availability since many of our pieces are limited‑edition. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll work with you on a fair solution—whether that’s a refund or store credit.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Email us right away with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Digital Products (E‑Book & Soundtrack)
Q: How do I access my e‑book or soundtrack?
A: After checkout, you’ll receive an email from Payhip with a secure download link. Click the link to download your files directly to your device.
Q: My download link isn’t working—what should I do?
A: Sometimes links can expire or become blocked by email filters. Please email us at info@rootedchapterscafe.com with your order number, and we will gladly resend or refresh your link within 1–2 business days.
Q: Can I receive a refund for a digital product?
A: Because digital files are delivered instantly, refunds aren’t available once the download link has been accessed. However, if there’s a technical issue or duplicate charge, we’ll gladly review it and make it right.
Q: What format are the digital files in?
A: The e‑book is provided in standard PDF format, compatible with most devices. The soundtrack is delivered as high‑quality MP3 files that can be played on any music app.
